History Competition 3.0. Additional Hybrid Training of Tutors

On November 26, additional hybrid training was held at DVV International Georgia Country office, which was attended by 10 history teachers in person and 6 online from Tbilisi, Telavi, Kareli, and Surami (1 male and 15 females).

History Competition 3.0. Additional Hybrid Training of Tutors

On November 26, additional hybrid training was held at DVV International Georgia Country office, attended by ten history teachers in person and six online from Tbilisi, Telavi, Kareli, and Surami (1 male and 15 females).

The training program included the following topics:

  • Youth and history: experience, perspectives, and values.

Presentation of the joint publication of WeResearch and the Heinrich Böll Tbilisi Office.

Speaker: Tiko Khomeriki, a researcher at WeResearch

  • 1956 - in Eastern Europe and Georgia - common and different

Speaker: Natia Pirtskhalava, history methodologist at European School and Newton School, an expert at EuroClio and Historiana

  • “A new study of history and civilisations”;  “The face of others in history textbooks in the 90s”.

Speaker: Giorgi Kiknadze, member of GAHE
