In honor of the 15th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the state of Kosovo and Germany, the German embassy in Kosovo, on May 20.2023 starting from 13:00 - 18:00 in "Zahir Pajaziti" Square, organized the fair "15 years of diplomatic relations between Germany and Kosovo".
The fair was attended by German organizations that work, act and contribute in Kosovo as a good opportunity to present their ongoing work to the citizens, in cooperation with our local partners.
With the invitation of the German embassy in the Republic of Kosovo, the staff of the DVV International office in Kosovo were present throughout the day in the "Zahir Pajaziti" square in Pristina, where they informed interested citizens about the details of the organization and the commitment in the field of education since 2005, where with special importance they emphasized that its purpose is to build an efficient and effective system of Adult Learning and Education in Kosovo.
So, through conversations with many passers-by, distribution of brochures and various publications, we informed them closely that among the main points of DVV International's work in Kosovo is the training of teachers in the methodology and didactics of Adult Learning and Education, with the aim of contributing to quality improvement. DVV International in Kosovo also supports national efforts to ensure Adult Learning Education strategies in the fight against poverty.
Also, representatives from governmental institutions participated in the fair, among them the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo - Mr. Albin Kurti, who on behalf of the citizens of Kosovo, expressed his special gratitude to the German state and the organizations that operate and contribute in Kosovo, thereby affecting prosperity and development of the country.
