As of 16. September 2021, the implementation of the Training and Support to Women
Entrepreneurs from different regions of Kosovo project has started with the aim of alleviating the
crisis caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic in Kosovo. The project is being implemented in

women entrepreneurs to alleviate the crisis caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic and contribute
to the growth of small businesses managed by women and girls from different regions of
Kosovo, by improving their professional and managerial skills. This intervention will be made via
training for women in business and in-depth counselling, which will address the needs of small

women entrepreneurs to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, revealing that most
women businesses have encountered difficulties in cash flow and financial management,

on reformatting their business models in terms of strategic planning, financial management
(cash flow), access to finance and other market opportunities.
