DVV International Georgia Country Office opened the 11th Adult Education Center in Kharagauli.

With this anniversary, the Volkshochschulen refer to the Weimar Constitution of 1919. Article 148, for the first time, called on all levels of government to support adult education and Volkshochschulen in particular.
